Information we collect

When you register, we collect your name, username, email, phone and account type. PG/hostel owners submit property addresses, photos, rates and contact information for publication to signed-in students after review. When students enquire, their name, email, phone and message are sent to the property owner. We may record authentication attempts, account verification and enquiry timestamps to prevent abuse.

How information is used

We use information to manage accounts, verify email addresses, review and display property listings, pass enquiries to owners, operate the platform and send relevant notifications. We do not process bookings or online payments on the public beta.

Visibility and storage

Approved property information, including any public listing email the owner elects to publish, is displayed to signed-in student users. Individual enquiries are available to the relevant property owner and site administrators. Server data is stored in the site's hosting database, and mail is delivered through the configured email provider.

Choices and requests

Contact the operator to request correction, access or deletion of your account or an enquiry. Some records may need to be retained for security or operational reasons. Owners may request property removal. Browser notifications require permission and can be disabled in browser settings.
